Booking, payments & progress tracking for private tennis coaches
The business runs itself. The progress goes on record.
Families pay up front with packs and autopay, and parents check their own balance and schedule instead of texting you. Every drill you log lands on the player’s record, so parents can see for themselves that the lessons are working.
What's inside
From booking to receipts, in one place.
Sell ten-packs at your prices, keep cards on file, and turn on autopay for the families who want it. Getting paid stops being a conversation.
Parents open your link, see your real openings, and book in about a minute. There’s no app to download and no text thread to manage.
Log a drill in a few seconds at check-in and it becomes a chart the family follows. Add match results and a review each season, and the family ends up with a record of years of their kid getting better under you.
Tap a name as kids walk on court and attendance lands on the roster. The credit was already spent at booking, so there’s nothing to collect.
Set your cancellation and no-show rules once and they run on their own. A rainout takes one tap from the parking lot, and every family gets the news and their credits back right away.
Parents get credits they can check themselves, one calendar for every kid, and a short note after practice. They don’t have to install anything.
For coaches · how it works
The whole business, run from the court.
Most pros run theirs on a calendar app, a personal payment app, and forty text threads. Upswing replaces all three.

Get paid up front
Sell packs at the prices you already charge. Cards stay on file, autopay renews a pack when it runs out, and the money comes in before the lesson starts. Nobody has to chase anyone at the fence.

The texts stop
Your booking page lives at upswingapp.com/your-name. Parents see your real openings, book themselves in, and check their own balance whenever they want. You stop getting the “how many lessons do we have left?” text.

Keep the record
A kid who got ten balls over the net last month gets twenty over today. You log it in a few seconds at check-in, and it turns into a chart the family can watch. When parents can see their kid improving, the question of whether lessons are worth it answers itself.

Your rules, kept by the app
You set your cancellation window and no-show rules once, and the app holds every family to the same ones, so you never have to be the bad guy. When it rains, one tap cancels the session, tells everyone, and puts the credits back.

For coaches · run the lesson
The lesson runs itself. You keep coaching.
The plan carries the timing, the order, and the numbers, so your attention stays on the player. The lesson you designed at home is the lesson you run at the fence.
01
Build the plan once
A session plan is your own warmup, drills, a benchmark, and match play, each with a time on it. You build it once and reuse it for every session that needs it.
02
Run it on court, on the clock
Start the plan at check-in and your phone shows the current block, the time left on it, and what comes next. One tap moves you along, so the hour keeps its shape without you watching a stopwatch.
03
Results land on the record
When a plan reaches a benchmark, you log the number right there and it drops onto that player’s chart beside every earlier result. The measuring you already do becomes the record the family watches.
04
Share it when you want to
You decide, session by session, whether families see what a lesson will cover or what it covered. Your private coaching notes stay yours, and a shared plan alongside the record shows the lessons working.

For families
Know where things stand, without texting the coach.
Credits you can see
“3 of 10 clinic credits left, expires Oct 1.” It’s always right there, so nobody has to ask the coach where things stand.
One calendar, every kid
Two kids with different coaches still means one schedule, and reschedules land on it by themselves.
Receipts for everything
Every payment and receipt lives in one place. Autopay is there if you want it, and either way nothing shows up as a surprise.
Your kid’s progress, tracked
The coach logs drills, matches, and reviews over time, and it adds up to a record of improvement that’s yours to keep.

The fair questions
What coaches ask before switching.
Can I really switch mid-season?
That's what onboarding is for. We import your contacts, carry over existing pack balances, and get your booking link live before the switch costs you a single lesson. Your families just get one message with a link.
Will my parents actually use it?
There's nothing for them to download. Your link opens in any browser and booking takes about a minute. What actually wins parents over is the credit balance, because it answers the question they used to have to text you.
Is this just scheduling software?
That's half of it. The other half is the player record, where drills, match results, and your written reviews build up over the years. It's how a family sees the lessons working.
Can Upswing help me run the lesson itself?
Yes. You can build a session plan of timed blocks, run it from your phone at the fence with the clock keeping the shape of the hour, and log a benchmark straight onto the player’s record from inside the plan. You choose, each session, whether families see what it covered.
What does it cost?
A flat subscription by roster size: $99, $149, or $249 a month, with no transaction fee. There's no contract, so you can leave any month.
Do I have to change how I run things?
No. You keep your rates, your packs, and your policies. Upswing just applies them for you, the same way every time.
